Receiving my copy of, and currently reading, Norah Loft's The Concubine
makes me smile.Actually, anything about the Tudor dynasty period makes me smile.

The look Leon shot me this morning when my stomach was grumbling. I was sitting on the couch next to him, clearing up email, when the stomach set off it's morning-alarm-clock-of-hunger. He picked his head up and looked me straight in the eye with a look that said, "Go eat already! Noise is bothering my nap."
And so I did.
