Day 1 of Crazy

Nothing much happened today. Most of it revolved around a doctor's appointment concerning my migraines. 

Got some medication that should make it easier to sleep off a migraine when I get one.

Thought about getting a small rose bush to sit out with my other plants and bringing the sensitive plant inside..... since it's so sensitive.

Had a good long talk with Mum. Felt a lot better about stuff, especially after being able to laugh at it. 

Studied for the GRE more; this test is going to be some serious business!

Got in contact with a friend I haven't seen or heard from in nearly 15 years. That felt really nice. Almost cried at the simple pleasure of talking to someone that I'd known so long ago.

More nostalgia

I've got to say, I'm a bit nostalgic today.
Today is Fall Commencement at the university. And while it's not exactly a year from when I graduated, (that would be Sunday) I'm still get nostalgic feelings.
So, I thought the picture from my graduation would be appropriate.
